coaching
I hold both a therapist's depth and a coach's drive. My clinical training means I understand the roots of what you're experiencing — the patterns, the history, the parts of you doing more work than they should have to. My coaching instinct means I won't let you stay there. I'm interested in insight that actually moves somewhere: in helping you not just understand yourself, but build a life and a way of showing up that reflects who you're becoming.
Therapy is bound by state licensing, which means I can only see therapy clients located in California. Coaching isn't regulated the same way, which means I can work with clients anywhere in the world who want this same depth of insight applied to where they're trying to go.
To keep these roles distinct and ethical, I'm not able to serve as both a coach and therapist to the same client. If you begin as a coaching client, that relationship stays coaching — and the same applies in reverse. During an initial conversation, we can figure out together which path is the right fit for you.

For High Achievers
You've built a life that looks like success from the outside. Let's make sure the inside can hold it.
Success rarely comes with an instruction manual for what happens on the inside. I work with entertainment professionals, executives, athletes, and other high-achieving individuals who've built impressive external lives — and who are ready to bring the same rigor to their internal one.
Having spent years as a professional performer before training clinically, I understand the particular pressures of rooms where your worth is measured in performance, ratings, revenue, wins, reviews and failure. I know what it's like to perform even when performing is the last thing you have the capacity for. That background shapes how I work. I don't ask clients to abandon their ambition to find peace; I help them build a relationship with themselves that can actually hold the weight of it.
Whether you're facing a specific rupture or simply sense that something underneath your success needs attention, this is a space built for people who are used to being the one everyone else turns to.
Anxiety, Depression & Trauma
You're not too much. You're just tired of holding it alone.
You don't need a crisis to justify getting support. Anxiety, depression, and trauma show up differently for everyone — sometimes as a racing mind that won't quiet, sometimes as a heaviness that makes ordinary life feel effortful, sometimes as old wounds that keep surfacing in new situations.
My approach draws on modalities like Internal Family Systems and narrative therapy to help you understand not just what you're feeling, but why and to build a genuinely different relationship with the parts of yourself that have been carrying pain, fear, or old survival strategies. The goal isn't to erase what you've been through. It's to help you feel less at the mercy of it.
This work is for anyone ready to stop white-knuckling their way through and start actually healing.

Couples
You're not fighting about the dishes. You never were.
Every relationship runs into friction. The question is what you do with it. I work with couples who want to understand the patterns they keep repeating, communicate in ways that actually land, and rebuild trust and intimacy where it's frayed.
Whether you're in the middle of a specific conflict or you've just noticed a slow drift apart, couples work is a chance to get curious together instead of defensive apart. I help you to understand not just what your partner does, but why, and what you each need to feel safe enough to be honest about the parts of you both that are afraid to be seen.

You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out. That's what our first conversation is for — a chance to talk through what's going on, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit, with zero pressure either way.
